Did you buy your Thanksgiving wine yet?

I bought mine today. I am a Colorado orphan (all my family is in California) and Randy's family has been kind enough to adopt me for Thanksgiving. They are doing the traditional turkey dinner, and it sounds like there is going to be plenty of food, so I offered to bring the wine. After extensive research, this is what I ended up getting:

- 2 bottles of Torlesse 2002 Canterbury Pinot Noir from New Zealand. Pinot Noir was the universal red wine recommendation for turkey, and it should be served at "cellar temperature", so we will chill it in the fridge for 20 minutes before eating.
- A double bottle of Beringer 2004 White Zinfandel. White wine recommendations included white zin. and riesling, so I went with the white zin.
- A bottle of Goldene Kammerpreismunze dessert wine (Yum!)

Also, I just took my 2 finals tonight. That means I am all done with my first quarter at DU! After that Values-Based Leadership I am seriously ready to break open one of those bottles of Pinot Noir.... hmmmm.... ok, I just talked myself into it.

And Mark if you're reading this, have a great time on your Caribbean honeymoon!
